Jim Lamb, president of the Ireland Institute in Pittsburgh, was sworn in as an honorary Irish consulate by Michael Collins, Ambassador of Ireland to the United States.  Pictured here are (l-r) Jim Lamb, Colleen Bowers, PA LAOH State President and member of Division 11, and Michael Collins.  The honorary consulate, one of several Ireland has opened in the US, is part of a push by the foreign affairs ministry to expand its diplomatic network in the US.
