Irish Mailing Lists/List servers

Email lists are a great way to find out more information on your favorite subjects. You simply send an email message to a special server (usually a listproc, listserve or majordomo) and then - presto! - you have been automatically added to an email list, where you can post messages and receive all the messages other subscribers post in your own email mailbox. The best part is, unlike regular "snail mail", you can unsubscribe yourself from the mailing lists at any time.

Irish studies and activism has many email lists to choose from. Below you will find information on how to subscribe to many different lists. BE WARNED! Email lists can be quite active, and it may not be uncommon to have 50 or more emails waiting for you each day.
