The Judges were members of the All-American Judges Association. They scored all marching units, High School Bands and Floats in the parade.
Marching units are judged on uniforms, originality, general effect and marching skills. Bands are judged on music, marching and visual appeal. Floats are judged on design, construction, theme and general effect.
The Awards Ceremony will be Tuesday, April 17th at The Knight of Equity Hall at 7:00. The Knight of Equity Hall is located at 1248 Evergreen Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15209-1908. Light refreshments will be served.
