The Judges were members of the All-American Judges Association. They scored all marching units, High School Bands and Floats in the parade.

Marching units are judged on uniforms, originality, general effect and marching skills. Band are judged on music, marching and visual appeal. Floats are judged on design, construction, theme and general effect.
